Review

+
+ This is one of the best (if not the best) X870 board you can get, based on pure specifications. It has an optimal configuration with its m.2 and PCIe slots, as well as a well-designed UEFI interface which allows for plenty of OC options. The extra pack-ins like the cooling hub that can attach magnetically to any case are also welcome additions. The A/B firmware slots are also quite nice.
+
+ The main caveat with this board is the Dynamic Dashboard III. Many, many people (myself included) have had issues with the display bugging out after a couple weeks or months, necessitating a firmware flash of the module. MSI has attempted to address this through numerous firmware updates but none of them have been a permanent fix. It is possible for the display to become completely unresponsive after a long enough time, which requires sending it back to MSI to repair. Since some of the connectivity headers (such as one of the USB 2.0 headers) are part of that module, that means you will lose those ports while the module is in for repair. +
